The Restoracy Managed services
EXOS IT’s partnership with the Restoracy began in 2019 by building out their new site in the City of Whitestown. Their trust in us grew from there, moving to a managed services contract for their Whitestown, IN location in November 2022. Our project work included a network buildout, access point install, Office 365 migration, and Veeam backup and storage for O365. Our proactive services and dedication to end-user support gave the Restoracy even more trust in EXOS IT, moving to an additional managed services contract at the Carmel, IN location.
New Site Setup
We designed and implemented a comprehensive network solution for the Restoracy. This ambitious endeavor covered the Main Office in Whitestown and six additional buildings, each tailored to meet the specific needs of the Restoracy’s expanding business. Central to this network was our Main Distribution Frame (MDF), housing essential components such as the robust FortiGate Firewall, a powerful 48-POE switch, and a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi controller. We strategically placed five wall plate access points in the Main Office to ensure seamless connectivity, while an HD access point was discreetly installed beneath the receptionist’s desk.
Gmail to Microsoft 365 Migration
Our team recently executed a seamless migration from Gmail to Microsoft Office 365. This transformation involved migrating user mailboxes and establishing new mailboxes in accordance with Microsoft’s best practices. The result was a unified and streamlined management hub, consolidating all employee data in a single, efficient location.
