Martínez brings 28 years of progressive global technology leadership, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at OneAmerica Financial, where he was named 2021 IBJ CIO of the Year. His extensive experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity strategies, and high-performance team leadership makes him an ideal addition to EXOS IT’s leadership team.

Prior to OneAmerica, Martínez held senior technology leadership roles at Interactive Intelligence and IBM. His distinguished career also spans global IT service delivery, cloud product management and strategic technology consulting.
Martínez holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed an advanced management executive program from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also serves on the board of directors for Citizens Energy Group and the advisory board of TechPoint in Indianapolis.
